Desription
Rotomolding Dosing Service , Water mineral water plant auto car wash machine is designed for optimizing
the circulation water system,absorbed the advantages of the same product on the
international market that is a new generation of energy saving water treatment equipment .The dosing
device is include of solution tank,agitator,dosing pump,Y type filter,magnetic valve ,check valve ,
pulse damper ,water level meter,pressure meter,control cabinet and installation platform to installed on the
foundation.The device is placed in the dosing room,dosing tube is connected to the power supply that
begin to operate.During the operation process,it detecting the PH valve and add the relative liquid medisine
that can decrease the working quantity to realize the no worker to attended to ensure the safe operation.

Automatic dosing - uniform and accurate measurement:
Automatic blow-off - effective control of the concentration factor;
Online monitoring - intuitively reflecting water quality trend;
Remote monitoring - easy to implement centralized management;
Needless of human intervention - avoiding manmade lag.
Time Control mode:
Use the time control switch of microcomputer to control the timing opening and closing of the metering
pump and blow off valve, achieving dosing and blow-off.
Indicator Control mode:
Using changes in water quality indicators to control real-time opening and closing of the metering pump
and blow off valve, achieving automatic dosing and blow-off.
